TEAM ONE PLAYER PATHWAY

The Team ONE Player Pathway provides a program for every athlete, at every level, from Kindergarten to Seniors in high school, there is something for everyone that will drive them forward and foster a continued passion for sport.Crafted with a Player First mindset, the player, their experience, and athletic development are at the forefront of every thoughtful decision made. From the holistic Team ONE Methodology to the cumulative Team ONE Curriculum, our proven system focused on player development, facilitates both individual and team growth.

RECRUITING SUPPORT

Another cornerstone of the Club Philosophy is our dedication to the recruiting process and support for any Club player looking to play at the next level. Recruiting support is provided to all athletes at no additional cost. Our recruiting education, journey guidance, and support is next to none. The athlete recruiting journey is a player-drive process and we ensure that athletes have the full support of education, resources, email templates, and years of knowledge and effective action items at their disposal to allow them to take the reigns and drive their process. Our individualized approach, network of college coaches, and knowledge of the NCAA policies has allowed us to create a proven system that will provide the upmost guidance and support for every athlete and family as they navigate their personal recruiting journey. In just the last 5 years, the Team ONE Girls is proud to have been a part of 110 athlete commitments (and counting)!
