2026 Winter Park District Camps

Team ONE Lacrosse – Winter Intro Program 

A beginner-friendly program designed to introduce boys in grades K–8 to the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, hands-on environment. Players will enjoy fast-paced sessions each week led by Team ONE coaches. This is an easy entry point into the sport — all players need is a stick! 

No gear? No problem! Sticks will be provided to those players who need one. 

Clinic Highlights:

• Focused training sessions led by experienced Team ONE coaches
• Emphasis on stick skills, shooting, defensive positioning, footwork, and game strategy
• Position-specific instruction (attack, midfield, defense)
• Small-group settings to maximize reps and individualized coaching
• Fun, high-energy drills and live gameplay situations
