2026 Spring First Sticks Program - North Girls

Girls First Sticks is an entry level program based around a girl specific curriculum intended to teach players the fundamentals of girl's lacrosse while allowing them to play alongside other lacrosse players in a fun and safe environment!

Have fun learning the fundamentals of girl's lacrosse, by learning the core principles of lacrosse in a very safe and structured training environment!

• Age and girl specific curriculum - a proven way to learn the game!
• Players learn in a very fun, yet structured training environment
• 6 Practice Sessions
• 8:1 Player to Coach Ratio

K-1st Grade Girls

This program is recommended for players with Beginner/Entry Level Experience.

Dates & Times:

Dates: Tuesdays, April 7 - May 12 (6 Weeks)

Times: 4:00 - 5:00pm
*Players will be grouped by grade and experience level to maximize player development.
