Team ONE Lacrosse – Spring Intro Program 

Join Team ONE this spring for our Spring Into Lacrosse Clinics a dynamic, skill-building experience designed to introduce the sport of lacrosse to boys and girls. This four-week, sticks only program, is designed to jump start players lacrosse growth, instill great habits, and finely tune lacrosse skills. Each week will have a different theme and focus on a specific skill in order to develop well rounded lacrosse players! 

No gear? No problem! Sticks will be provided to those players who need one. 

Clinic Highlights:

• Focused training sessions led by experienced Team ONE coaches
• Emphasis on stick skills, shooting, defensive positioning, footwork, and game strategy
• Position-specific instruction (attack, midfield, defense)
• Small-group settings to maximize reps and individualized coaching
• Fun, high-energy drills and live gameplay situations
