What
Girls First Sticks is an entry-level program based around a girl-specific curriculum intended to teach the players the fundamentals of girls lacrosse while allowing them to play alongside other girl lacrosse players in a fun and safe environment!

Players learn in a very fun, yet structured training environment
Proper state and CDC guidelines will be strictly followed to ensure the safety of players and coaches.
Dates & Times - Session 1
Dates: September 14 - October 19 (6 Weeks)
Times: Tuesdays, 4:00 - 5:00pm
*Players will be grouped by grade and experience level to maximize player development.

Equipment
Stick, mouth guard, goggles
Girls will need to bring stick, mouth guard, and goggles. Each player will receive their First Sticks jersey on the first day!
