5TH - 12TH GRADE GIRLS (2030 - 2023 GRAD YEARS)

Players will be grouped by appropriate skill levels and ages. This program is recommended for Intermediate-Advanced players.

WHAT

The Shooting Clinics will include:

• Quickening your footwork, first step & explosiveness
• Improving technique and overall accuracy
• Shooting on the run and in tight spaces

Day: Thursdays, December 8 - December 22, 2022 (3 Weeks of Lacrosse)

Times:

• 5th & 6th Graders (2030 - 2029): 6:30pm-7:45pm
• 7th & 8th Graders (2028 - 2027): 6:30pm-7:45pm
• High Schoolers: 7:45pm-9:00pm
