WHAT IS TEAM ONE WILDCAT?

The Team ONE Wildcat program has built it's reputation fast-paced, disciplined, and innovative play. Hyper-focused on elite development and competition, our Wildcat teams are the elite level teams in the club. Ranked consistently in the top 40 in the nation, and #1 in the state of Illinois, the Team ONE Wildcat teams are our most competitive and travel across the US to play in the top divisions in the most elite events. The Wildcat teams are created following tryouts at August and follow a fully built out curriculum that leads developmental progression through the Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons. 

While the high school teams compete for their high schools in the Spring season,  the 7th and 8th Grade Wildcat teams are also able to join the Wildcat Spring Teams and participate in the NGLL. This was created to run concurrently and compliment their local community teams as well as continue the team development in the Spring!

TEAM ONE PLAYER PATHWAY

The Team ONE Player Pathway provides a program for every athlete, at every level, from Kindergarten to Seniors in high school, there is something for everyone that will drive them forward and foster a continued passion for sport.Crafted with a Player First mindset, the player, their experience, and athletic development are at the forefront of every thoughtful decision made. From the holistic Team ONE Methodology to the cumulative Team ONE Curriculum, our proven system focused on player development, facilitates both individual and team growth.
