NATIONS BEST (5-11th Grade)
Nations Best, is an invite-only program open to athlete nominations from 3Step Lacrosse Clubs:
3d Lacrosse (all regions) – Littlenecks & Clams (MA) – Kings Lacrosse (MA) – CT Wolves (CT) – NXT (PA) – Patriot (NJ) – Team One (IL) – FLC (FL) – Thunder (GA) – Hawks (MD)
- Teams are comprised of the BEST players from across the 3STEP ecosystem
- Roster invitations will be sent post August Regional Player Evaluations (registration required)
ACADEMY (5-12th Grade)
The highest level of play for the Club, practicing in the North, the Academy teams are geared towards athletes looking to step up, commit to a development forward, year-round model focused on high-level play and hardworking mindsets. The Academy teams will travel to some of the best events in the Region and Nationally.
SELECT (1st-12th Grade)
The Select teams are focused on creating the most competitive training environment that builds upon developing proper technique and fundamental skills, strengthening game IQ, and challenging our athletes to become the best lacrosse players they can be. Our Select teams consistently face the best teams the Midwest has to offer and maintain a regional travel schedule.
PREMIER (1st-12th Grade)
The curriculum of the Premier teams is focused on creating an environment that emphasizes proper technical development. The athletes are able to build game IQ in controlled environments that allow for learning, confidence building, and fun.
FUTURES (1st-4th Grade)
Entry to Club! Our Futures players are the FUTURE! As a first step into the Club, practices are designed to mimic the Club experience and in-house games creates competition in a controlled environment. We surround the Futures program with our best staff dedicated to ensure they are learning proper technique and building the essential foundational concepts so as they progress through the Club, they only continue to ACHIEVE.
