The Team ONE Lacrosse Summer Camp is perfect for any beginner who is looking to learn from this exciting sport! The camp is a great crash course to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun environment. The professional coaches at Team ONE Lacrosse will teach athletes the skills necessary to advance to more competitive play. Skills taught include dodging, stick work, passing and catching, shooting and defense! Players will be broken up by skill level.
