WHAT IS TEAM ONE Southside?

The Team ONE Southside program provides the highest level of training and development for all ages and levels of girls on the Southside of Chicago. In addition to our unrivaled Team ONE curriculum and access to the top regional events, our goal with the the Team ONE Southside program is to provide training and development locally for all athletes and create an INCREDIBLE, best-in-class experience for all our athletes.

 

TEAM ONE SOUTHSIDE CLUB LEVELS


SELECT (5th-12th Grade)

The Select teams are be focused on creating the most competitive training environment that builds upon proper technique and fundamental skills, strengthens game IQ, and challenges and encourages our athletes to strive to become the best lacrosse players they can. Our Select teams consistently face the best teams the Midwest has to offer.

 

PREMIER (5th-12th Grade)

The curriculum of the Premier teams is focused on creating an environment that emphasizes proper technical development. The athletes are able to build game IQ in controlled environments that allow for learning and confidence building.

 

FUTURES (1st-4th Grade)

Entry to Club! Our Futures players are the FUTURE! As a first step into the Club, practices are designed to mimic the Club experience and in-house games create competition in a controlled environment. We surround the Futures program with our best staff dedicated to ensure they are learning proper technique and building the essential foundational concepts so, as they progress through the Club, they only continue to ACHIEVE. 

 

TEAM ONE PLAYER PATHWAY

The Team ONE Player Pathway provides a program for every athlete, at every level, from Kindergarten to Seniors in high school, there is something for everyone that will drive them forward and foster a continued passion for sport.Crafted with a Player First mindset, the player, their experience, and athletic development are at the forefront of every thoughtful decision made. From the holistic Team ONE Methodology to the cumulative Team ONE Curriculum, our proven system focused on player development, facilitates both individual and team growth.
